Some steps to lose weight.
Finding a way to lose weight is just as difficult as losing weight today. Various blogs, YouTube channels, magazines will tell you thousands of ways to lose weight. I'm not telling you that the ways are useless. If you don't take the right approach, you will never be able to lose weight.
Tie yourself in the right routine every day, you will see that you have reached your goal. You don't have to do much for this, just eat the right food at the right time and with regular exercise.
You may
not like it after 15 days, but if you can overcome this dislike after another
15 days, you will understand the change in yourself after 30 days. However, I
am not telling you that if your weight 80
kg, you will loss 30 kg after 30 days. Not at all.
You will
be able to feel the change and if you take a regular approach, you will be able
to bring you from 80 kg to 55 kg. It may take a long time but it will happen.
1. Diet plan:
Foods
that are very dear to us are responsible for your weight gain. You need to
eliminate those foods first, then you make a diet plan. Many people think that
if I don't eat all day, I may lose weight. Don't bring this idea to mind. If
you don't eat, your body will get bad and you may face various diseases.

2. Exercise

have any problem with that, then you can walk for 30 minutes in the morning and
at night. If you think you can do yoga then you can do that too.
3. Stay free of worries and get proper sleep:
Reduce
thinking. Get at least 8 hours of sleep a night. Studies have shown that obese
people often suffer from sleep apnea, which results in poor quality sleep as a
result of waking up repeatedly at night. Poor sleep can lead to weight gain,
and weight gain can lead to poor sleep.
4. Keep yourself Hydrated:
Eat 2 to
3 litres of water every day. Without enough water, you can lose the sodium and
potassium your body needs if you excrete excess fluid as sweat. It is very
harmful for heat. When this happens, you may become thirsty, urinate less than
usual, and your whole body may become dry. You may even feel dizzy, and
confused. Proper hydration can help you lose weight.
Drink
excess water, sugary calories many people can drink with food. Water also
speeds up your metabolism, and it takes up space in your stomach to make you
feel more full.
5. Drink water mixed with lemon and honey every morning:
Many
people drink a mixture of honey and lemon water to lose weight. Honey and lemon
have their own health benefits. Drink a mixture of honey and lemon water on an
empty stomach every morning. It increases metabolism, which helps you to lose
weight. This water not only reduces weight but also keeps the body free from
various diseases.
6. Green tea:
Many of
us love to drink tea with milk. But it has a lot of calories. The EGCG active
ingredient in green tea can help you lose weight. Use green tea for drinks
without sugar. Green tea is a very good habit for the body.
